1st off...Jaycee is doing so well sleeping at night. Tonight is night 7 since we have been doing the new routine and it's working out well. She is only waking up once and it's usually not till 4am and the last couple nights it's only been because she needs her diaper changed. Way to go Jaycee! We love you princess.
2nd thing...Tavo goes in tomorrow for orientation for a new job. He got a call on Friday. We really don't know the details yet and will know more tomorrow. It's exciting but sad at the same time. He's been laid off since April 15th, 2009 and it's worked out well having him home with Jaycee.
3rd...we had a GREAT and busy weekend! On Saturday we got together with an old friend we had lost contact with and hadn't seen in years. It was so great to see her again and catch up on old times. Thanks to our friend Chris for getting us back in touch. And today we went to the zoo with our friend Misty and her son Hunter. Had a BLAST! Fun times!
I don't really have pictures from the weekend, we totally forgot about the camera. I do have one from today at the zoo with Hunter.

Heather, it is so exciting to read all these great developments. Way to go Jaycee but also way to go first time parents! You guys are figuring it out as you go and making the hard decisions to ensure a happy healthy family. And that is wonderful news about Tavo's new job possibility but ya bitter sweet at the same time. That time Jaycee had with her dad full-time was precious and something few children get and I'm sure will be a positive impact for the rest of her life.
Jaycee has a boyfriend :)
