Saturday we had a babysitter and went out to dinner with friends. This does not happen often, having a babysitter that is. We really need to do it more!!! The dinner excitement, Tavo had his shrimp cocktail spilled on him by the owner of the resturant! Crazy, you would think it was his first day working or something, Tavo got a couple free drinks on the house. Sunday Belita (aka Tavo's mom) came over and cooked us dinner :) I finally know the true way to make enchiladas :) I'll be making more this Sunday, since I have the homemade sauce leftover from Belita to make them :) If I have time on Thursday, I'll make them then! Can't wait to make more chicken encildadas, yummy!
